MY STORY
One hot afternoon in 2008 on the streets of Bury ST. Edmonds-UK, I had a vision to set up a Fitness and Wellness Center for women, specifically pregnant women in Ghana.
In year 2010, I arrived in Ghana registered my company as “Healthy Touch” and launched a website where you can find credible information on pregnancy and parenting.
In 2011, I got a job at Globacom  Ghana Limited or Glo as Customer Care Representative still holding on to my vision till  May 2014 when I resigned to fulfill the calling.
December 2014 saw the birth and launch of Healthy Touch Physiotherapy Centre as a “Ladies Only” fitness centre, with the mission: “Transforming Women and Girls into Healthy Ladies” till Dec 24, 2016 when it became a unisex fitness centre.
December 24, 2019 saw *HTPC* turn 5years under the strong leadership of Sylvia Naana Gaizy recording great testimonies on healing, weight loss, body building, successful complication-free birthing and the amazing charity works.
Our contribution to the Fitness industry and Ghana Health Service through research, interviews, campaigns and practical training is evident in the many testimonies shared by   patrons of our facility.
All we want to say as a company is THANK YOU for believing in our vision and mission and patronising our services.
